Frequently asked questions

What counts as an SKU — parent or child?
Each child ASIN counts as one SKU. Parent ASINs (variation listings) don't count against your limit — only the individual child variations do. This is the fairest way to count, since each child has its own title, bullets, and images to monitor.
What happens when beta ends?
Your beta price is locked for 12 months after our official launch. After that lock-in period, you'll transition to the standard pricing shown on this page. We'll give you at least 60 days notice before any price change takes effect.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). Annual pricing is available on all plans.
What if I exceed my SKU limit?
We use a soft cap. If you go over your plan's SKU limit, we'll send you a friendly email suggesting an upgrade. We won't cut off monitoring or lock you out — your listings stay protected while you decide.
Do you support Vendor Central?
Not yet, but it's actively in development. Vendor Central support is our top-requested feature and we expect to ship it within the next two quarters. Beta members will get Vendor Central access included at no additional cost when it launches.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a full money-back guarantee for the first 6 months. If Keep doesn't deliver value, email us and we'll refund every penny — no questions asked.
