Does Keep support Seller Central, Vendor Central, or both?
Keep currently supports Seller Central accounts via SP-API. Vendor Central support is on our roadmap and actively in development — we expect to launch it within the next two quarters.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
Keep supports all North American marketplaces (US, Canada, Mexico) and all European marketplaces (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium). Japan, Australia, and other marketplaces are on the roadmap.
How fast do changes push back to Amazon?
When you click "revert" or push a change, Keep submits it to Amazon via SP-API immediately. Amazon typically processes listing updates within 15 minutes, though some changes (like A+ content) can take up to 24 hours on Amazon's side.
What happens to my data?
Your listing data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties. You can export or delete all your data at any time. We store your source-of-truth versions so you can revert to any previous state.
How does the AI image generation work? Do I own the images?
Keep uses state-of-the-art generative AI to create product images based on your existing listing photos and text descriptions. You own full commercial rights to every image generated — there are no licensing restrictions or royalties.
How is Keep's drift detection different from FlatFilePro's Reflection Engine?
